All our products are shipped using Royal Mail and you have the option to choose 1st or 2nd Class. Our masks & handbags require a signature on delivery. If you have any issues with delivery, please let us know.
How Refunds Are Issued
All refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Your refund request will be processed instantly after receiving the returned goods. However, it may take 5-7 business days for it to display on your payment method statement.
To Return An Item
Before returning any item you MUST contact us first to explain the reason for the return. You will then be issued with a return address to send the goods.

We may in certain circumstances determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified at the time of contact. If your refund doesn’t appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please contact us for further assistance on: returns (at) eadycrafts.com
Please Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return and refund.
Will I Be Refunded Any Return Postage Costs?
We’ll refund your return costs on items sold up to our standard delivery option cost, if you received an incorrect item, or you received a damaged item, or you received a defective item.
